Boosting Profits and Peace of Mind:
How Your Construction Business Can Benefit from the Right Operating Systems
For One CSL Credit
Thursday, May 9th, 2024
at The Barn Bowl & Bistro in Oak Bluffs
____________________________________________________
This course is focused on the benefits of the using an ‘Operating System’ as a company. More specifically, we will look at a business like a ‘three-legged stool’ that only stands if it properly employs a Vision, a Strategy and Structured Accountability. Using this ‘stool’ as support, the business is able to move forward with both growth and control.
We will examine the philosophy of using an Operating System and the practical application of that philosophy. Worksheets will be provided so attendees can apply some of the basic principles immediately to their businesses and walk out of the meeting with a tangible action plan.
Payment will be collected at the event
upon check-in
