2018 IECC SNEAK PEEK - RESIDENTIAL

The presentation will cover the recent changes to the       2018 IECC (International Energy Conservation Code), including the Massachusetts amendments that were approved by the BBRS (Board of Building Regulations and Standards).

Mike will highlight the changes made to the base energy code, including compliance path options, new mandatory requirements, and changes to the ERI (Energy Rating Index) and Passive House documentation requirements.
