This community forum is a collaborative event hosted by Dukes County Government, Martha’s Vineyard Boards of Health, Martha’s Vineyard Hospital, Island Health Care, Martha’s Vineyard Medical Reserve Corps, and more. This joint effort is to raise public awareness and understanding about COVID-19 vaccination on Martha's Vineyard and an opportunity for the public to ask questions. The forum will have live Portuguese interpretation and will also be recorded and Live Streamed via the Dukes County Government's Facebook Page. Resources mentioned and the event recording will be made available later. Attached flyers are available in PDF and PNG format in both English and Portuguese.
