Join the MV Builders Association for a roundtable discussion with local experts focused on the new Massachusetts ADU laws and what they mean for Martha’s Vineyard.

This interactive conversation will break down the recent changes, explore how they apply within our Island towns, and address practical considerations for builders, designers, and industry professionals. Bring your questions and gain insight into how these regulations may impact future projects and opportunities.

Our guest moderator, John Abrams, will lead the discussion. His decades of Vineyard design/build experience and passion for community housing solutions will inform a thoughtful and informative discussion.
